What are sample face exercises?

So you can quickly jumpstart your way to facial fitness, here are some easy to learn facial exercises that you can do during your free time.

1. Forehead facial exercises
You start this one by closing your eyes. Then, gently place your left and right index fingers above your left and right eyelids respectively. Pull down eyelids and concurrently raise your eyebrows. Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times

2. Eyes facial exercises
Close your eyes. Relax. Look up as far as possible without opening your eyes. Then, look down as far as possible without opening your eyes. Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times.

3. Eye wrinkles facial exercises
You start this exercise by pointing both thumbs downward and spreading the rest of your fingers wide open. Place your thumbs on the outer corner of your eyes, where the crow’s feet usually are found. Rest the remaining digits on your hands on your head. Then in a slow squeezing movement, pull your thumbs towards your temple. The movement should be sliding from the corner of your eyes to the temple for 5 seconds. Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times.

4. Cheeks facial exercises
Start this by looking straight ahead. Put your index finger, your middle finger and your ring finger on each hand to both your cheeks, hitting the fleshy part. This is the part of your cheek right below your eyelids. Press the 3 fingers down and hold this position. While your cheeks are held down firmly, open your mouth. Then, flex your facial muscle as if you are smiling. Hold this open mouth “smile” for 5 counts. Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times.

5. Lips facial exercises
Begin this by wrapping your lips over your teeth. In this position, it looks like you do not have any lips. Bite down without causing pain but make sure you feel the pressure of the fight.. Then, slide your mouth from left to right, right to left and so on. Do this while pressing your lips together, briefly releasing, then pressing again, without opening your mouth. The action will seem like you are spreading lipstick on your lips. Again, the biting should not be painful.
Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times.

6. Neck exercises
Sit on a chair with a back so you can align your back so it is parallel with it. Tip your head back by looking at the ceiling. Your mouth should be closed, not tightly though. Keep it relaxed. Once you are in this position, slide your lower lip over your upper lip, reaching as far as you can. Hold this position and count to 5. Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times.

7. Jowl facial exercises
To start this, push your jaw forward. Place your middle finger, index finger and ring finger on your chin. Push your jaw back to its normal position with your fingers. Counter this push by your fingers by pushing the jaw forward with the jaw muscles. Count 5 the release. Do this as well on the sides, left and right. Do such face exercises for 10 to 15 times. Increase as you increase your tolerance in this exercise.
